The project settings lets you configure project information as per your suitability. The settings is project specific.

  • Go to Project Dashboard screen, click the [More options] button of a project


The [More options] menu appears. 

This is shown in the screenshot below,

  • Click the [Settings] button on the menu. 


The Settings screen appears. This screen is shown below,

The General tab of the 'Settings' screen opens by default (shown in the screenshot above). Here user can update/edit general information of the project. User can also enter an unique email ID for the project. This email ID is used for automatic syncing of emails from outlook to the project. [Please refer to the Project emails help file for more details]


Screenshot below displays the Preferences tab:

  • Tick the checkbox Enable hyperlink preview to make the hyperlink preview appear when you are navigating to a destination document through a hyperlink drawn on the Viewer. [Please refer to the hyperlink help file for more details]. If this preview is not enabled you can click on the hyperlink annotation on the document (on Viewer) and directly open the destination file on a new tab of the browser.

  • Tick the checkbox Enable auto hyperlink to enable automatic creation of hyperlink on call-outs of design documents (opened through Viewer). You can modify, delete or save the hyperlink before saving the auto-hyperlinks. [Please refer to the auto-hyperlink help file for more details.

  • Click [Save] button after making the changes


Screenshot below displays the Punchlist tab:

You can add custom attributes (maximum up to 5) for each punch created under this project. you need to enter data for these custom attribute fields created here during punch creation. [Please refer to the Punchlist setup help file for more details]

 

Screenshot below displays the RFI tab:

You can add custom attributes (maximum up to 5) for each RFI created under this project. you need to enter data for these custom attribute fields created here during RFI creation. you can also enter the number of days within which you need to respond to an RFI assigned to you. Also, you can enter the starting RFI number, after which the application will automatically append the no. to subsequent RFIs created in the application [Please refer to the RFI setup help file for more details].

 

Screenshot below displays the Submittal tab:
