You can do the following operations on a folder:
Download all documents inside a folder with or without markup
Order print to a PSP for all documents inside a folder
Send the download link of the folder along with content via email to an internal or external user
Share the folder to an internal or external user
Modify folder name
Publish all unpublished documents (if any) inside the folder
Delete the folder
Move the folder inside another folder
There are two types of normal folders identified with different icons:
icon - Identifies the folder, the files of which have their latest versions included in 'Latest documents' folder.
icon - Identifies the folder, the files of which have their latest versions excluded from 'Latest documents' folder.
Description of these operations in detail for a folder the files of which are included in 'Latest documents' folder:
Click the [More options] button to open the operations menu . This is shown in the screenshot below,
Download document: Click this button to download the whole folder with its content in ZIP format. The files downloaded with the folder are simple PDFs without the annotation, hyperlinks which may have been drawn & saved on these files.
Download with markups: Click this button to download the whole folder with its content in ZIP form. The files downloaded with the folder are PDFs with the annotation, hyperlinks which may have been drawn & saved on these files retained as it is.
Add to print cart: Click this button to add all the documents inside the folder to the print cart. Please refer to Order prints for files help file for more details.
Send: Click this button to send download link of this folder to the email IDs of any existing SKYSITE user or any external user. The external user need not have SKYSITE account. He/she can access the download link through email and directly download the folder content in ZIP format.

The application populates the download link of the folder (to be send to the intended recipient) and the expiration date (default is 10 days from the date of link generation). You can modify the date as per your suitability. The link expires after the selected date is crossed.
Enter the email of the recipient in case the user is an external user (a user who do not have SKYSITE account) or select an user email from the 'Contacts' section (in case the user is an account user)
Enter any message along with the mail (optional)
Click [Send] to send the email to the intended recipient
Share: Click this button to share this folder to another SKYSITE user to an external user. The external users in this case need to create a SKYSITE account before accessing the shared folder. Please refer to Share folder help file for more details.
Edit: Click this button to modify the folder name. The 'Modify folder' pop-up screen appears after you click this button.

This pop-up also displays the information as to whether this folder is included or excluded in 'Latest documents'. As shown in the screenshot above the latest versions of the files are included inside the 'Latest documents' folder. Please refer to Include/exclude folders/files - Latest Documents help file for more details of inclusion/exclusion of a folder from 'Latest documents'
Delete: Click this button to delete the folder with all its content. The application will display a warning message after you click this button.
This message is shown in the screenshot below,
Click [Yes] button to delete the folder along with its content
8. Move: Click this button to move this folder inside another folder. Please refer to Move folder help file for more details.
Description of these operations in detail for a folder the files of which are excluded in 'Latest documents' folder:
Click the [More options] button to open the operations menu . This is shown in the screenshot below,
The same options are available for folder whose files are excluded from 'Latest documents'. The only palpable difference you will be able to see is when you click on the [Edit] button as the files inside the folder are excluded from 'Latest documents' folder.
Note: The 'Publish' button does not appear in the screenshot above because the folder does not have any unpublished file.
Click the [Edit] button to view the Modify folder pop-up.

The checkbox Exclude from "Latest documents" is non-editable. As shown in the screenshot above the latest versions of the files are excluded from 'Latest documents' folder.
