All RFIs under a project are displayed under three separate tabs: My RFI, RFI assigned to me and All RFI. RFIs created by you are displayed under the My RFI tab, RFIs which are assigned to you are displayed under the RFI assigned to me and all RFIs of the account are displayed under the All RFI tab. If you are the project owner (user who created the project) and account owner (user who registered the account) can view all RFIs created or assigned to other users of the account under the All RFI tab.
There are two ways in which RFI dashboard screen can be accessed:
Route 1
Logging-in to the SKYSITE cloud application will land you on the SKYSITE cloud application 'Project Dashboard' screen listing all the projects. You need to click on the Project thumbnail [highlighted by the red rectangle in the screenshot below] to be directed to the Folder View screen inside the project.
Once you navigate inside the project you need to click on the Project Management button [shown in the screenshot below] on the left-hand navigation bar.
Clicking this button opens a side-bar displaying three buttons: Punch, RFI & Submittal. You need to click on the RFI button [highlighted by the red rectangle in the screenshot above] to access the RFI dashboard screen. You will land directly under the All RFI tab.
Route 2
Logging-in to the SKYSITE cloud application will land you on the SKYSITE cloud application 'Project Dashboard' screen listing all the projects. You can click on Bell icon to view the no. of RFIs assigned to you (except for shared user with read-only access - who will not have access to the Punch Module at all). This is shown in the screenshot below,
RFIs are assigned to users for resolution and answering. The user to whom a RFI is assigned can access that RFI through the route shown above (see above screenshot) i.e. via clicking the 'More options' button on a project thumbnail and then clicking the 'No. of RFIs assigned to him/her' menu button. In this way, assigned user may know how many RFIs are assigned to him/her and by clicking the menu button can directly access the RFIs assigned to him/her.
You need to click on the No. of RFIs assigned to you menu button to navigate to the the RFI assigned to me tab under the RFI list dashboard screen. The no. displayed (like 2 on the menu button - as shown in screenshot above) is the no. of RFIs which require your attention. If no RFIs are assigned to you then this button will appear as "Go to RFI", clicking which you will land under the 'All RFI' tab on RFI Dashboard.
