Admin accepting response on team member behalf

This functionality lets you select one or more Collection team members and make these members accept a Collection invitation. 

Follow the given procedure to accept the response on behalf of a team member:

  1. Select the Collection Team on the left-hand panel. The team members belong to the selected team will be displayed under list of Collection Team Members on the right-hand panel.

  2. Select the contact name(s) (team members) whom you want to accept the response by ticking the checkbox beside the member names.

  3. Click the  button to forcefully accept the invitation of the team member
  4. The confirmation message appears displaying that the Collection has been accepted by the team member.

  5. The page will refresh automatically and the response icon will change from orange to green flag to show the acceptance.


This means that the team member whose collection invitation has been accepted by the admin or account owner on their behalf will not have to accept the invitation themselves and can access the collection inside their account after they sign in to their Skysite Archives account.
