Downloading Folders

Follow the given procedure to download folders:

  1. Select the Collection from  the drop-down present at the top left-hand side of the action bar to view the folders and files under the Collection.

  2. Select the Collection or folder (single-click on the Collection name or any folder) which you would like to download.

  3. Click on the  (More button) present at the top of the displayed folder tree on the left-hand side of the screen.

  1. Once the menu opens up, click Download folder menu item. 

  2. The selected folder along with its full contents are zipped in the application and the zipped folder (with extension .zip) is downloaded to the default Download folder of your local computer.
