Changing Tasks Status

Follow the given procedure to change tasks status:

  1. On the opened up Collection Task screen click on the following tab: . Select any one of the task categories, Owned Tasks, Assigned Tasks, All Tasks or Drafts. The list of tasks belonging to the selected category will be displayed under the Task Listsection.

  2. Select the task(s) for which you want to change the status by ticking the checkbox present on the extreme left of each task row.

  3. Click  (Change Tasks Status button) from the action bar. The Change Tasks Status window pops up. This is shown below,

  4. Select the status from the Status drop-down list. The options are Not Started, In Progress, Completed, Deferred & Review.

  5. Enter the task note (reasons for changing the status or just a mention that the status has been changed) in the Task Note text area (if required).

  6. Click Save. The confirmation message appears.

  7. Click OK.

  8. Click Close. The Change Tasks Status pop-up box in closed and the status for the selected tasks is changed as per your choice.
