All RFIs under a project are displayed under three separate tabs: My RFI, RFI assigned to me and All RFI. RFIs created by you are displayed under the My RFI tab, RFIs which are assigned to you are displayed under the RFI assigned to me and all RFIs of the account are displayed under the All RFI tabIf you are the project owner (user who created the project) and account owner (user who registered the account) can view all RFIs created or assigned to other users of the account under the All RFI tab.


There are two ways in which RFI dashboard screen can be accessed:


Route 1


Logging-in to the SKYSITE cloud application will land you on the SKYSITE cloud application 'Project Dashboard' screen listing all the projects. You need to click on the Project thumbnail [highlighted by the red rectangle in the screenshot below] to be directed to the Folder View screen inside the project.


Once you navigate inside the project you need to click on the Project Management button [shown in the screenshot below] on the left-hand navigation bar.


Clicking this button opens a side-bar displaying three buttons: Punch, RFI & Submittal. you need to click on the RFI button [highlighted by the red rectangle in the screenshot above] to access the RFI dashboard screen. You will land directly under the My RFI tab.



Route 2


Logging-in to the SKYSITE cloud application will land you on the SKYSITE cloud application 'Project Dashboard' screen listing all the projects. Under each of this Project thumbnail is present an icon for accessing the RFI Dashboard screen (except for shared user with read-only access - who will not have access to the Punch Module at all). This is shown in the screenshot below,



You need to click on the  icon [highlighted by the red rectangle in the screenshot above] under the chosen Project thumbnail to access the RFI assigned to me tab under the RFI dashboard screen. Over this icon is displayed the number of assigned RFIs to which you has not yet answered. The RFIs under the RFI assigned to me tab are displayed below,
