Punch list are listing of items of interest requiring immediate attention. Final contractor payment is made when the punch list of items are completed to meet the project design required by the contract. Punch list is a feature of SKYSITE which will meet user’s need to create, deliver and get response on items of interest within a specified time period and from a specific user in a streamlined, efficient and orderly manner.
Punches can be created, viewed, edited and assigned both at project as well as viewer level in SKYSITE cloud as well as device. Information entered in punches can be transmitted to other SKYSITE users for query resolution. Punches can be annotated on project documents along with the addition of attachments on the punches. Also, the Punch list created and saved in the cloud will be displayed in the devices and vice versa if the cloud and the device are synchronized with each other.
