You can order for a printout of a particular file, multiple files or all the files within a folder using the Order Print functionality. The printing order is send to a Print Service Provider (PSP) and after the print is generated it is delivered to your mentioned delivery address. The Order Print page can be accessed from folder level as well as file level.

All the files within the specific folder is selected for sending print to a PSP.

Field Descriptions:

  1. Project Details: Displays the details of the project under which the folder/file belongs. The Project Name and the Project Number is displayed.

  2. Print Service Provider: Displays the details of the service provider who is tasked with printing the selected documents within the folder.

  3. Print Service Provider Details: Displays the name of the service provider, the sector of the service provider, the email, physical address, ishipdocs phone number for getting in touch with the service provider and the current time at the location of the service provider.

  4. Job Name (Mandatory field): Enter the name of the printing job, required for identifying the files to be printed by the service provider.

  5. Print/Delivery Instruction (Mandatory field): Enter any instructions regarding printing or delivery of the printed documents to the concerned party. Example – “Do color printing of first two pages of the first document, print in A4 size format” etc.

  6. Delivery Address: Displays the address of the person or entity where the printed documents will be delivered. This address, by default, is the address of the currently logged-in user (i.e. the user who is ordering the print) fetched from the My Profile screen. 

    • Click the  icon to change the name, organization and address of the person to whom the delivery of the printed documents will be made. The screenshot is shown below,


 

  • After making the changes, click [Save] to update the modified information.


  1. Delivery Before: Modify the date and time before which the delivery of the printed documents at the specified delivery addresses will have to be made. By default, this date and time is the current system date and time.

  2. Print Queue: Displays all the files within the specified folder that are queued up one after the other for printing.

  3. Recycle Bin Icon: Click  icon to remove the specific file from the print queue. Hence, this file will not be counted for printing.

    • Click [Order Prints] button to finally order the printing of the documents in the Print Queue, to be done by the specified Service Provider and to be delivered at the specified Delivery Address.

  • Click on [Print] button at the top right-hand corner of the page to print the information provided.
