You can order a print of a particular file, multiple files or all the files within a folder using the Add to print cart functionality. The print order is sent to a Print Service Provider (PSP) and after the print is generated, it is available for delivery to your mentioned delivery address. Prints are also available for will call. The Add to print cart option can be accessed from the folder level as well as the file level.

Once you have added your files to the print cart and are ready to checkout, select the Print Cart icon in the header. This will navigate you to the Print Cart screen.

The above screenshot displays the all the files within a specific folder, set up for printing.
Project Details: Displays the details of the project under which the folder/file belongs. The Project Name is displayed.
- Delivery Address (Mandatory field): Displays the address of the person or entity where the printed documents will be delivered. This address, by default, is the address of the currently logged-in user (i.e. the user who is ordering the print) fetched from the My Profile screen but can be edited.
- Delivery Type (Mandatory field): Drop-down option to select whether the prints will be delivered to your delivery address or made available for pickup at will call.
- Due Date (Mandatory field): Calendar selection tool to select when your prints need to be delivered by, or made available for pickup. Please note the selected time is local time (wherever the prints need to be delivered to).
Print/Delivery Instruction (Mandatory field): Enter any instructions regarding printing or delivery of the printed documents to the concerned party. Example – “Color printing of first two pages of the first document, print in A4 size format” etc.
Print Service Provider Details: Displays the name of the service provider, the sector of the service provider, the email, physical address, and phone number for getting in touch with the service provider.
Click the icon to change the name, organization and address of the person to whom the delivery of the printed documents will be made. The screenshot is shown below,
After making the changes, click [Save] to update the modified information.
Recycle Bin Icon: Click icon to remove the specific file from the print queue. Hence, this file will not be counted for printing.
Click the [Confirm Order] button to send your files to the selected Print provider for printing.

To check on the status of your orders, select the My orders option after clicking on the Profile icon.

Selecting My orders and clicking on the Profile icon will land you on the My orders screen. The My orders screen, shown in the screenshot below, keeps a record of all orders you have placed within this account. Selecting one of these orders will navigate a user to the Print Confirmation screenshot shown earlier in the article.
The My orders screen displays the print order number, ordered date & time, due date & time, and status of the order.
