The photo annotation feature allows you to create photo annotations in the document. When you open a document in viewer, you can place photo annotation on any position of the document from the tool-bar. You can select project gallery photos or can upload new photos from local system and then annotate multiple photos on any position of the document.

Creating Photo Annotation

Photo Annotations are created by clicking the Photo Annotation icon [highlighted by red rectangle in the screenshot below] on the tool bar and then clicking on that portion of the document where you feel suitable to annotate the photo. This is shown in the screenshot below,

Immediately after the Photo Annotation icon is placed on the document, the Gallery pop-up box for photo selection will appear. This is shown in the screenshot below,

You can select one or multiple photos (max 10) by clicking on each displayed photo thumbnail separately or can select multiple photos from inside an Album and then click [Done] to associate the selected photos with the annotation. Or else, you can upload fresh photos from the computer by clicking [Upload] button.

If you click [Upload] button, the following screen appears,

Here you can click on [Choose Files] button to upload photos from your local system.

Through this screen you can edit the attributes of the annotated photo, delete photos from the annotation or add more photos to the annotation. This is shown in the screenshot below,

The application will populate a system-generated name of the annotation. You can modify the name of the Photo Annotation. The Photo Annotation may have more than one photo if multiple photos are selected or multiple photos are uploaded to be included in the annotation.

  • You can click on the [Add Photo] button to move back to the 'Gallery' screen to either select more photos from the project gallery or upload more photos from your local system to be appended in the annotation. Photos can be selected from any album inside the Gallery to be added in the annotation. Also, existing photos in the annotation can be removed by deselecting the photo (clicking on the thumbnail of a selected photo will remove the photo selection). You will have to click on the [Update] button to either add newly selected or upload photo or remove photo from the annotation.

This is shown in the screenshot below,

  • You can click on [Remove] button to remove the photo annotation. You can delete any single photo out of multiple photos or delete all photos from the annotation. When all photos are removed at one go from the annotation, the annotation will be automatically deleted. The following pop-up box appears once you press the [Remove] button,

  • Clicking [OK] deletes only the Photo currently on display as a preview

  • Clicking [Delete All] deletes all the photo in the annotation

  • You can click on the button to see the preview of other photos associated with the annotation.
