My Profile

My Profile screen lets you edit your profile, the information of which you had entered during registering to the product. You can also change your User ID and Password for accessing SKYSITE Facilities & Archive from this screen.

 

Follow the given procedure to access this screen:

 

  • Click on My Profile menu item on the opened up My Profile menu.

 

  • Once you click this menu item the Edit Profile screen opens up. This is shown below,

 

 

    • You can modify profile information from this screen

    • Change the User ID from the Login Info textbox.

    • Click 'Change password' link to replace the old password with a new one to access the application.

    • Click 'Change PIN' link to change the existing PIN (this link occurs if there is a PIN which has already been set after enabling two-step authentication)

    • Select 'Business', 'Occupation' & 'Project Role'

    • Also, select and answer security questions which arise on the log-in screen when user enters wrong password or PIN (the security question section only arises when user has enabled two-step authentication from the 'Account setting'screen)

 

  • After modifying profile information click on [Save] button to update profile information.
